Administrative Difficulties Lead to Unsuccessful Attainment Outcomes

We examined "Terminated Not Served" (TNS) youth in competency attainment. The analysis highlights the significant increase in youth (350% increase) who are referred for services but never attend, which increases administrative overhead. Results indicate that procedural churn often leads to nonengagement in services or unsuccessful termination, necessitating improved intake screening.
