Abstract

We developed the CFQ-7, a short-form version of the original 25-item Cognitive Failures Questionnaire, and evaluated its psychometric properties across three studies. Using U.S. and Singapore samples, we established measurement invariance and construct validity. Findings support the CFQ-7 as a brief, robust measure of cognitive failures.
