Abstract
High attrition limits the impact of digital well-being interventions. This 28-day, intensive longitudinal RCT tests whether autonomy-supportive versus reward-based motivation improves adherence to a micro-dosed digital mindfulness intervention program. Using experience sampling via m-Path, multilevel modelling and survival analysis will examine dropout trajectories and changes in well-being.
