Abstract
This study investigates the measurement invariance of a forensic risk-needs assessment across two nationalities and settings. The original unidimensional factor structure and an empirically-derived four-factor model were tested. Results showed partial metric invariance of the unidimensional model, with Relationship, Rule Adherence, and Treatability showing meaningfully different loadings between samples.
