Abstract

This study examines how fear of missing out on artificial intelligence (AI FoMO) relates to university students’ mental well-being and whether psychological resilience mediates this relation. Among 357 students (in English-medium programs) higher AI FoMO predicted lower resilience and well-being, while resilience partly buffered AI FoMO’s negative impact overall.
