Do Hand-Drawn Videos Enhance Learning from STEM Video Lessons?

Abstract
Undergraduates learned about human circulation from a video with either dynamic hand-drawn diagrams (n = 64) or static diagrams (n = 71). Comprehension did not differ, but the drawing version tended to require less effort, was easier to attend to, and was more enjoyable than the static version.
