Abstract
Parental labor migration is often related to elevated risky behavior. In 137 adolescents (Mage=15.6, 66% girls) with migrant parents, we assessed risk-taking, social support, character strengths, and psychological outcomes. Moderation and mediation analyses showed that support and strengths buffered risk and predicted higher resilience, demonstrating integrated internal/external pathways of protection.
