Abstract

We examined how algorithmic management changes psychosocial work demands. Template analysis of 27 interviews highlighted cognitive and psychosocial stressors relevant to workers' and supervisors' occupational well-being. Based on these results, we present a checklist to help assess and reduce these stressors in conventional workplaces.
