Genetic Underpinnings of Executive Function In Children and Adolescents

Abstract
This meta-analysis examined the association between genes and executive function (EF). The final meta-analysis incorporated 19 studies (N = 12,200). The results showed a significant gene-EF association, with the effects being stronger among younger children, Eastern Asian cohorts, and in relation to hot EF.
