Mindful Parenting Is Influenced By Mother–Child Time, with Maternal Mental Health Varying across Employment Groups Among Mothers of Preadolescents In Karachi

Cross-sectional survey of 172 mothers (69 working, 103 non-working) in Karachi examined interpersonal mindful parenting, depression, and anxiety. Time spent with children predicted higher mindful parenting, while employment status was associated with maternal anxiety. Findings highlight the importance of emotional support and parenting time for maternal well-being and parenting practices.
