Abstract

We examined how predisposing, enabling, and mental health needs shaped help-seeking among Albanian Americans (N=127). Higher stigma related to lower formal help-seeking. Higher bicultural identity integration blendedness moderated stigma’s negative effect on informal help-seeking and the positive relationship between social relationships and formal help-seeking, indicating bicultural processes shape help-seeking pathways.
