Abstract
This randomised controlled trial evaluated a group-based multicomponent lifestyle intervention for major depressive disorder with/without digital self-tracking tools versus care-as-usual. Findings confirm the efficacy of group-based LM interventions in reducing depression and improving overall lifestyle. However, adding digital self-tracking tools showed no additional benefits in clinical outcomes or adherence.
