Abstract
Menstrual Cycle Awareness education reframes menstruation as a source of insight and well-being. This mixed-methods study tests MCA workshops and yearlong cycle journaling among 200 participants ages 10–35. Repeated assessments and interviews evaluate psychological health, stress, identity, and body literacy. Expected findings: improved emotional regulation, reduced symptoms, and enhanced self-understanding.
