Abstract

We examined acceptability of imbedding mindfulness into a mentoring program for youth facing adversities, and the extent to which doing so predicted changes in sleep. Results from 49 adolescents indicated high acceptability and that mindfulness+mentoring may increase the quantity and even more so the quality of objectively-measured adolescent sleep.
