Establishing Valid and Reliable Measures of Emotion Regulation Flexibility In Türkiye: Adaptation of Two Scales

This study adapted two emotion regulation flexibility measures (ERFQ and Flex-ER) into Turkish and tested them in 414 adults. The ERFQ showed strong reliability and a validated one-factor structure. The Flex-ER supported a two-factor model, though only the first factor was valid; a six-item version is recommended.
