From Arousal to Attachment: An EMA Study of Selective Bonding In Adults

Abstract
How do we come to love one person above all others? This EMA study follows adults “in-love” to reveal how attachment selection unfolds in real time. Findings will clarify if selective bonding emerges as a self-reinforcing process in which the bond itself both generates and resolves arousal.
