Abstract
Fifty Caucasian participants completed a spatial cueing task in which Caucasian and Black male faces served as cues preceding target detection, followed by the Implicit Association Test (IAT) to assess implicit racial bias. Black faces elicited significantly slower attentional engagement among individuals with higher IAT bias scores.
