Research explored the Emotional Evolutionary Experience (EEE) protocol's impact on relational competence in psychotherapy trainees. Utilizing mixed methods, the study shows the trainees' sense and meaning of relational competences. A change in self-perceived capability, in emotional attunement across participants particularly is observed. This validates experiential training for clinical efficacy.
