How Organizational Fairness Experiences Influence Third-Party Responses to Social Injustice: Emotion As a Mechanism across Contexts

Abstract
This study examines how workplace interactional justice enhance employees’ positive emotions that further fosters their anger toward social injustice, motivating third-party punishment and compensation. Using 165 survey data from Taiwanese employees, our results supported the proposed emotional pathway linking justice experiences to third-party responses.
