Abstract

We evaluated a personalized Acceptance and Commitment Therapy–based ecological momentary intervention for college students in a pilot randomized controlled trial (n = 55). The intervention demonstrated good feasibility and acceptability and significantly improved overall mental health compared with the control group (p < 0.05).
