Abstract
Adults with child-onset bipolar disorder demonstrated worse cognitive flexibility (reaction time, accuracy; p<.043) than healthy adults during a reinforcement learning (RL) task during fMRI. Next steps: fit data to a RL model with a Rescorla-Wagner update rule and test group differences in learning rate, inverse temperature, and prediction-error-related brain activation.
