Abstract
This research project aims to examine how a Minimum Viable Intervention - a gratitude letter - affects happiness and perceived proximity in a Brazilian multinational. Grounded in positive psychology and workplace wellbeing, it anticipates increases in both variables after the intervention, with mid-term gains maintained over time.
