Abstract

A citizen dialogue on climate change and urban heat was conducted in Singapore examining how heat, a psychologically near and collectively tangible experience, can foreground climate change and motivate action. Participation improved knowledge, self- and collective efficacy, and motivation for sustainable cooling, and revealed practical pathways for adaptive behaviour.
