Abstract
This longitudinal study analyzed sexuality changes among 260 Black women living with HIV in South Florida using Generalized Estimating Equations. Sexual identity remained stable over time, but queer participants experienced higher microaggressions, HIV stigma, and heterosexism, highlighting systemic discrimination and the need for culturally responsive interventions.
