Abstract

This qualitative study explores the lived experiences of Black queer women living with HIV in South Florida (n = 20). Using semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis, findings reveal intersecting challenges of stigma, trauma, and identity as well as resilience (e.g., spirituality). Findings underscore the need for culturally responsive, trauma-informed interventions.
