Abstract
This study examines how transactional leadership influences career advancement among 121 women human resource professionals in Ghana. Results show that the transactional leadership style drives women’s career advancement through innovation, underscoring the critical role of effective leadership practices in supporting women as they navigate and progress in their career trajectories.
