The Power of Interaction: Exploring the Impact of Animal-Assisted Interventions on Mental Health In a University Student Population

We propose evaluating two variations of animal-assisted interventions’ impact on mental health and well-being in a university student population using a longitudinal mixed-methods approach. This study is expected to contribute to the theoretical understanding of these interventions and further application for practical implications.
