Abstract
This study draws on system justification theory to examine how acceptance of wealth inequality relates to employability trajectories among 506 unemployed job seekers. Findings show that accepting wealth inequality positively predicts employability-related variables, suggesting that endorsing wealth inequality may function as a psychological resource that shapes young adults’ perceived employability.
