Abstract

Highly sensitive people (HSP) feel more restored in nature compared to non-HSP. We measured the ANT pre-post walking through nature or city environments, all while wearing a mobile EEG . We found increased beta-band and reduced alpha in HSP while walking in natural environments compared to non-HSPs.
