The Dark Side of Work Centrality and the Effects on Meaningfulness through Moderation Paths of Work Addiction and Trait Positive Affect.

A quantitative study with 94 participants was conducted to investigate the dark side of Work Centrality on the effects of Meaningfulness at Work, while also considering the moderating role of Work Addiction and Trait Positive Affect. Significant findings were identified on the subscale of meaningfulness, Greater Good Motivations.
