Understanding the Role of Workplace Dynamics on Teachers’ Well-Being

Abstract
The present study examined how workplace factors influenced teachers’ well-being. Survey data from 182 K–12 teachers showed that longer work hours were associated with higher depression and anxiety scores, whereas greater satisfaction with students was associated with lower levels of both outcomes.
