Abstract

The study assessed immediate and 1-month and 1-year delayed benefits of a virtually delivered training course with older Chinese immigrants on physical/mental/social engagement (n = 43, aged 75.02 ± 5.48) or psychoeducation (n = 27, aged 74.48 ± 6.38). Psychoeducation resulted in more durable psychological wellbeing benefits than engagement training.
