Abstract

This study evaluated the effectiveness of a four-week gamified VR intervention for adolescents’ prosocial behavior and well-being. Findings indicated both immediate improvements and sustained benefits at one-month follow-up, highlighting the potential of this VR intervention as a scalable and effective approach to promoting prosocial development and well-being in youth.
