Abstract
The current proposal aims to examine the relation between subjective social status, challenging feelings, and self-efficacy in predicting positive feelings among early adolescents. Another aim is to investigate if self-efficacy has a buffering effect as a protective factor against lower subjective social status and challenging feelings in supporting positive feelings.
