Abstract

The study examined the extent to which polygenic risk scores (PRS) predict long-covid outcomes. Diabetes PRS, educational attainment (EA) PRS, asthma PRS, and allergic diseases (AD) were significantly associated long-covid symptoms. The relationship between educational attainment PRS and long-covid symptoms was mediated by physical functioning.
