Abstract
This study examined how multidimensional chronotype relates to daily social connectedness. Participants completed the MESSi and 30 days of state social connectedness assessments. Higher morning affect was associated with greater and more stable social connectedness, whereas higher distinctness predicted lower and more variable social connectedness. Eveningness showed no significant associations.
