Cooccurring Anxiety and Disordered Eating In Adolescence: Associated Risk Factors

Abstract
This study aimed to identify factors associated to disordered eating (DE), anxiety or their cooccurrence in adolescents. Results showed five factors increasing the risk of cooccurring DE–anxiety, the most predictive being negative attitudes towards problems. These factors that should targeted to prevent onset of comorbid anxiety symptoms and DE.
