Our Relationship Highlight Reel: The Benefits of Curating and Posting Relationship-Relevant Content on Social Media

In five studies, we present evidence that social media posting promotes positive relationship outcomes. In Studies 1-2, participants perceived in-lab relationship-relevant posts to enhance satisfaction. In Studies 3-5, recent posts from both the participant and their partner predicted enhanced satisfaction.
