Developing a Measure of Microaggression Based on Multiple Intersecting Identities

We developed a 5-item measure of microaggression based on multiple intersecting identities. Our sample included 360 college students from the United States (78% people of color, 51% women). Unidimensionality was confirmed with high reliability. Microaggression was correlated with race/ethnicity, gender, perceived social support, and self-efficacy.
