Abstract

Rhythm is a temporal construct that aids the brain in organizing and anticipating events. This review synthesizes evidence on entrainment and predictive processing across sensory modalities and populations. Findings indicate that rhythmic stimulation is generally associated with enhanced attention, language, and motor function, highlighting its potential for education and interventions.
