Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between mindfulness, physical activity, and emotion regulation among college students in Saudi Arabia. The study will be designed as a non-experimental quantitative research, and data will be collected via an online survey from 600 college students, aged 18-30, who are attending universities.
