Abstract
Using semi-structured interviews and bottom-up thematic analysis, this study revealed Chinese parents' culture-specific socialization strategies in response to their children's bullying victimization experiences (e.g., regarding academic improvement and personal excellence as crucial protective factors against bullying). Parents' socialization strategies varied across different types of bullying victimization scenarios.
