Abstract
To examine how different patterns of social media use affect the cognitive functions and sleep quality among university students,100 students aged 18-25 will be recruited from a Moroccan university. Participants will complete a survey assessing social media use, sleep quality, followed by a 1 h 10 min cognitive testing session.
