Abstract

The proposed study will examine how effort-based and probabilistic rewards shape anticipatory and outcome-related ERP components (SPN, RewP, P3). Fifty adults will complete a time-estimation task and a probabilistic reward task during EEG recording. Findings will clarify how effort shapes anticipatory and outcome-related reward signals, advancing our understanding of motivation.
