Linking Attachment to Relationship Satisfaction: The Mediating Role of Spousal Support

This study examined 483 married adults to assess links between attachment, spousal support, personal resilience, and relationship satisfaction. While both spousal support and resilience predicted higher satisfaction, only the former mediated the link between anxious attachment and satisfaction, underscoring the primacy of relational over individual resources in shaping relationship well-being.
