Abstract

We propose a person-specific framework to forecast PTSD symptoms. Trauma-exposed adults (N=70) will undergo a 40-day intensive EMA and passive-sensing protocol. We hypothesize that person-specific elastic-net models will accurately predict symptom occurrence in out-of-sample data. Expected results will demonstrate the feasibility of detecting symptoms to inform future Just-in-Time Adaptive Interventions.
