Proposed Development and Implementation of a Single-Session Intervention for Mothers and Children Exposed to Violence In Peru

Peruvian families are exposed to high rates of violence, including intimate partner violence (IPV) and community violence. Exposure to violence has deleterious effects, yet few accessible interventions for families exist. The proposed study seeks to develop and examine a single-session intervention for Peruvian children and mothers exposed to chronic violence.
