AI Shadows: How Psychological Safety Shields Post-Traumatic Growth from AI-Induced Workplace Trauma

This qualitative narrative review presents the AI Resilience Framework linking AI-induced workplace trauma, psychological safety, and post-traumatic growth (PTG). Synthesizing recent evidence (2020–2025), it explores how psychological safety supports employees in fostering PTG and retention amidst AI-driven workplace stress, contributing to understanding digital-era organizational resilience.
