Abstract
Racism influences Latinas over their lifetime, including pregnancy. Participants (N=41) reported a range of experiences of racism and discrimination, from workplace and healthcare discrimination to physical threats. Social support and identity related to better outcomes, while activism, substance use, and internalization related to worse outcomes, highlighting importance of culturally-informed support.
