Abstract
We examined how instructors’ multicultural orientation (MCO) relates to graduate student development (N = 132; Mage = 27.6). The hierarchical regression results showed that the three MCO variables were associated with working alliance (R² = .428, p < .001). Humility emerged as the strongest predictor, underscoring importance in classroom relationships.
